Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our patrons. If you have a passion for mixology and creating memorable experiences, we want to hear from you!
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and offering recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Stay up-to-date on current drink trends and continuously expand knowledge of beverage offerings
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and resolving any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in the food service or hospitality industry
- Extensive knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes, and mixology
- Familiarity with retail math and cash handling procedures
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions
