The Lifestyle Lab is a busy Home Design Center seeking an Office manager / Bookekeeper that can work in a retail environment. Inventory keeping and tracking and adjusting of pricing in quickbooks retail program and on the showroom floor. Administrator to work directly with the company owner and team. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate who is able to multi-task, works well independently, and performs well in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a person looking for long term stability in this part or full-time role . Responsibilities Include: - Bookkeeping in Quickbooks: accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, deposit entry, end of month reconciliations, opening and organizing new accounts - Reports: prepare all monthly reports and financial spreadsheets - General Administrative: prepare correspondence, maintain databases, coordinate requests between vendors and clients, monitor client accounts, and maintain general email account - General Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: assist owner and team of employees with general administrative tasks Experience and Ability: - Professional and positive attitude - Must be well skilled with bookkeeping software (Quickbooks) - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel proficiency is a must - High attention to detail, process, and accuracy - Ability to learn quickly - Solution oriented problem solving and critical thinking skills - Enjoy taking initiative and working under minimal supervision - Excellent communication and writing skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Please email resume only.
