Description
The Role: Z1 is expanding its network to include authorized installers to meet the demand of our growing customer base. Tasked with growing sales and revenue for assigned B2B accounts, the ideal Installer Account Representative will be a self-starter, comfortable with initiating contact, and a natural at building relationships. Strong industry knowledge is a must and being an enthusiast is highly preferred.
The Installer Account Manager is responsible for onboarding new authorized installers to Z1’s network, training them on the product line, and educating them on how to utilize the installer portal. This position requires top-tier communication and follow-up skills, the ability to multi-task, and make decisions on the fly. The Installer Account Representative will also field in-bound phone and e-mail communication traffic from consumers as well. This position will include a combination of onsite office work as well as some travel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Identify sales leads and cold call potential accounts.
• Represent Z1 at industry trade shows and events.
• Occasionally travel to work with key installers, follow up with prospective installers, and activate at regional events.
• Communicate promotions, new product launches, and programs to installer accounts.
• Field calls and e-mails for installer accounts, process orders, and help resolve customer concerns.
• Seek opportunities for installers to stock key products and achieve sales targets.
• Update the Z1 Authorized Installer locator as necessary.
• Support for Z1 events as necessary.
Availability
• Must be onsite.
• 40-hour workweek with occasional nights and weekends.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
