We are expanding our locations and looking for the right candidate to start off as a shift leader or shift manager with potential for growth into a Yogurtini KC assistant or store manager position based on performance. ABOUT US

We started our first location at the Plaza in 2015 serving frozen yogurt, expanded to Shoal Creek in 2018, and then opened our Overland Park location in 2020. Our goal is to open two new locations in the KC area by the end of next year!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We have a small management staff among the three stores that manage around 50 employees. We are looking for someone who loves being hands-on, has open communication, open to growth, and loves working with a team. Furthermore, we will coach the right person for this role, with the goal in mind to be the next store manager, if desired.

JOB DESCRIPTION

-Working along with your store manager to maintain day-to-day operations

-Training and leading the team to uphold company standards

-Writing supply orders when necessary

-Troubleshooting areas of growth

-Helping out customers while maintaining a clean and function store

-Going to the bank or Costco when needed

-Up to 40 hours a week
