Patient Services Representative
Allergy Partners of Richmond is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our Mechanicsville Office .
The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and a drive to provide excellent service to patients. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a strong work ethic, and is willing to go the extra mile to deliver excellent service to our patients.
Main Responsibilities:
·Answer phones, schedule appointments.
·Collect co-pays and balances.
·Collect and enter patient demographics and insurance information into the Practice Management/EMR/Phreesia system during check-in.
Required Skills:
·Strong communication skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with a strong attention to detail.
·Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly. Experience with EMR systems is a plus (e.g., Athena, Phreesia).
·Medical office experience
