Utah's Best Vacation Rentals is seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant/Operations Coordinator to join our team in the St. George area. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent service to our guests. The successful candidate will work closely with our Area Housekeeping Lead, managing check-ins, check-outs, organizing cleaning crews, coordinating maintenance issues, and addressing guest concerns.
Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve guest issues promptly and efficiently, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Organize and dispatch cleaning crews to vacation rental properties.
• Ensure cleaning schedules are adhered to and properties are maintained to high standards.
• Identify and organize maintenance issues, communicating effectively with the maintenance staff.
• Track maintenance tasks and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain property quality.
• Use company software to keep track of bookings, housekeeping schedules, and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain organized records of all activities and ensure information is accurately updated.
• Liaise with the housekeeping team, maintenance staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in computer skills, including ability to learn software used for bookings, housekeeping, and maintenance management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle unexpected issues calmly and efficiently.
• Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
