Building / Construction SuperintendentLocation: La Crosse, WIJob DescriptionPlan, direct, coordinate, directly or through subordinate personnel, concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
Conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its scheduling, quality and craftsmanship, safety, and implementation.
Management Building Projects: Review plans with sales, drafting, safety, site preparation, maintain relations with owners/customers, supervision of field staff, subcontractors, and vendors, etc.
Objective to achieve 100% client satisfaction, high project quality, excellent job site efficiency and safety, and profitability.
Supervise daily activity of crew leaders on active projects assigned.
Oversee manpower and equipment requirements for projects.
Required Experience & EducationBachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
Business management, construction management or related experience a plus.
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of project management or supervisory experience in the construction and building industry.
Experience leading medium to large commercial projects.
High school diploma required.
Compensation$90K to $125K Base Bonuses and Full-Benefits.
