Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and machinery are in optimal working condition to support uninterrupted production.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as needed
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory
- Manage projects related to facility upgrades or equipment installations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in an industrial setting
- Proficiency in HVAC systems, both high and low voltage electrical systems, logic controllers, and reading schematics
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute maintenance projects
- Ability to fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Maintenance Management Software is a plus

Pay: $78,686.00 - $82,875.00 per year
