**Job Title: Assistant Used Car Manager**

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee all operations of the used car department, including buying, selling, and trading pre-owned vehicles.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

- Negotiate with customers to close deals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Use cold calling techniques to generate leads and expand the customer base.

- Upsell additional products and services to boost revenue.

- Maintain an organized inventory of used vehicles and ensure accurate record-keeping.

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate marketing efforts and promotions.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.

- Multilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with a diverse customer base.

- Proficiency in cold calling techniques to drive lead generation and sales.

- Excellent organizational skills for efficient inventory and paperwork management.

- Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds and CRM systems for inventory management and sales tracking.

- Demonstrated retail sales experience with a track record of achieving sales goals.

- Sales management skills to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.

- In-depth knowledge of the sales pipeline process, from initial contact to closing the sale.

**Requirements:**

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in used car management.

- Experience with VAuto software.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

- A self-starter mentality with an ambitious spirit.

- Exceptional communication skills for interactions with customers and team members.

- A professional and well-groomed appearance.

- A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
