Position Overview: As the Automotive Special Finance Manager, you will oversee all aspects of automotive financing operations, with a focus on special finance programs. You will work closely with customers to secure financing options tailored to their needs, while also collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and drive profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of automotive financing, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the special finance department, special finance sales consultants support staff.
• Develop and implement special finance strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Cultivate relationships with lending institutions and negotiate favorable terms for automotive financing.
• Assist customers in securing financing options that meet their needs and budgetary requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing automotive financing.
• Train and mentor finance team members to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process, addressing any concerns or questions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive finance, with a focus on special finance programs.
• Strong understanding of lending practices, credit analysis, and regulatory requirements.

Pay: $66,966.33 - $80,647.63 per year
