The Position
The Retail Coordinator is responsible for daily, monthly, and yearly sales quotas-new customer sales, feature sales, etc. Must provide excellent customer service to current customers in the form of taking payments, answering billing questions, troubleshooting phone issues, and developing a customer base. Typical rep handles 50 customer issues daily. Handle in store operations with inventory counts and equipment exchanges and returns. Cash management of a money drawer daily. Sell other, more complex lines of business such as DSL, Fiber (BXL, Video and landline telephone) and Long Distance.Use a sales process that incorporates service and feature sales with each customer. Act as a trainer in the store for new employees. Training may include the sales process, system usage, handset education, and company procedures The Retail Coordinator will need to have a solid understanding of wireline communications, fiber products and be self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
