We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Expert to join our team! In this role, you will install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in residences and/or commercial establishments. We maintain a competitive hourly rate, comprehensive bonus structure, and overtime opportunities.
- The BES Service Requirement is designed to ensure that we meet or exceed Client and Internal Team expectations to create better efficiency, alignment, clarity, and accountability among the Team.
- Demonstrating Integrity, doing the right thing even when no one is looking.
- Providing WOW service, going above and beyond to serve at the highest level.
- Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment
- Diagnose and perform repairs or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
- Requires all typical hand tools to be self-purchased. We provide typical large tools and stock.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and time spent on each job.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local and national electrical codes and safety standards. Safety First, for our family and theirs.
- Experience in HVAC Service, Maintenance, and/or Installation or comparable education
- Valid Drivers License
- EPA Certification
- Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds
- Ability to read and interpret schematics preferred
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Communication and Client service skills preferred
