About the Role
If you are a B2B marketer who is proficient in developing omnichannel marketing campaigns, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager who can build strategies, implement, track and optimize our enterprise marketing campaigns including in-person events, conference sponsorships, webcast production, and digital (email, social media, SEO, SEM).
You will work closely with our Head of Enterprise Marketing to execute on enterprise campaign strategies and develop high-impact campaigns for both demand generation and brand purposes. With your excellent event management and communication skills, you will have the ability to manage live event production, from planning to onsite execution. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage priorities, maintain pace and quality, and bring clarity to the unique requirements of each campaign. You must be results driven and detail oriented in tracking and assessing PKIs while we strive to make a big impact on the business objectives of revenue generation and brand awareness. By focusing on the entire sales cycle, and focusing on customer behaviors, you will directly contribute to our company's growth goals.
This role is onsite 4 days a week out of our New York City office.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns to generate market demand and brand awareness, with a particular focus on live events and large conference sponsorships.
  • Take a hands-on approach with live event execution and have the ability to manage vendor relationships and stakeholder communications at events and conferences. The events will be largely based in NYC.
  • Manage webcast production in our NYC studio to ensure top quality and drive audience participation.
  • Own and manage campaign management and execution tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, and others.
  • Develop digital campaigns to complement events to ensure that we meet demand generation objectives on a monthly basis.
  • Identify PKIs, from MQL acquisition to SQL nurturing, conversion and upselling/cross-selling, and track performance to drive maximum ROI.
About You
  • A minimum of 6 years of marketing experience ( Fin-tech industry experience strongly preferred )
  • Must have current and deep hands-on skills with all aspects of in-person event planning and execution
  • Strong understanding of demand generation campaign measurement and attribution
  • Digital marketing experience with social media, Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM is a major plus
  • Data driven and analytical, especially in assessing campaign performance, and identifying customer and sales behaviors
  • Self-starter and innovative with a drive to build impactful campaigns
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-rounded and passionate about learning more, not only about campaigns but also about other areas of B2B marketing
  • Previous experience managing external vendors
  • Experience handling multiple priorities, creative projects across marketing teams
  • Familiar with digital marketing asset production
The annual base salary for the Sr. Campaign Marketing Manager is expected to be between $110,000 to $150,000. Base salary is one component of MoneyLion's total compensation package, which includes 401(k) match, multiple health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off for salaried positions. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.
