Overview:
Fast-growing company looking to expand sales team with experienced, self-motivated, and driven sales staff. Sales Representatives are responsible for handling all aspects of the customer’s needs, answering any questions they may have as they place their orders. The orders can be from either Retail customers, Body Shop accounts and Dealers accounts. Sales representatives are expected to create new accounts and maintain and grow existing accounts. Representatives are encouraged to build a business relationship with customers by providing outstanding customer service and sharing ideas to assist them in the growth of their business and sales of the company.
Responsibilities:
•Take customers’ orders by phone, email or fax
•Placing outbound phone calls to existing and potential accounts
•Contact accounts with existing and new products to assist them with getting company products to market in a timely manner
•Resolve customer complaints by investigating and gathering information, negotiate with the customer to develop solutions and make recommendations to management
•Communicate proficiently with customers by email or phone
•Monitor accounts and gather information, make recommendations to management on how we can increase and meet account sales growth
•Contribute to the team efforts by accomplishing assigned tasks and goals set by management
•All duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Customer service skills
•Basic knowledge of automotive parts
•Self-confidence and ability to negotiate
•_Bilingualis a plus- Not required _
•High School diploma or GED required
•At least 2 years of automotive or parts experience is a plus
•Ability to multi-task and solve problems
•Available to work the sales counter 3-4 times annually on the weekends to assist with car shows
•Previous sales experience

•Great interpersonal and communication skills
•Problem solver
