We are a dynamic and expanding furniture company looking for an e-commerce associate to assist us with managing orders and catalog across various marketplaces. You will have the opportunity to work with Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, Walmart, and more. Your responsibilities will include order fulfillment, maintaining product listings, customer service inquiries, and various other e-commerce related tasks. You will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of e-commerce.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Preparing order labels and bill of ladings with accurate customer information.

-Managing marketplace product listings to ensure up to date information and availability.

-Provide customer service to online shoppers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive buying experience.

-Handle and process order returns and claims.

-Managing and improving ad campaigns for optimal ad spend

-Fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring a smooth and efficient order fulfillment process.

-Be open to performing additional duties as assigned.

Ideal Qualifications:

-Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces

-PC skills utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office

-Self-starter and willingness to take ownership over job activities while adjusting to shifts in priorities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
