Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate part time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess expertise in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on data collection and analysis
- Implement behavioral therapy interventions
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

- Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

- Texas BCBA License

- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Experience working with children in special education or behavioral health settings
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping individuals with behavioral challenges

Schedule:
This is a part-time position, with the potential for increased hours as caseloads grow. Flexible scheduling options are available.
