We're searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant to join our fast past, energetic team! You'll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you'll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Responsibilities
•Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible.
•Manage office duties such as ordering office equipment and supplies and preparing our team for upcoming appointments
•Screen incoming information from messages, phone calls, voicemails, memos, and emails, compile information, and report to an executive
•Schedules travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings
•Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, dropping off documents at other brokerages, etc.
•Run the social media account; posting, commenting, and putting together content
Qualifications
•Great written and verbal skills
•Previous experience in the real estate industry
•Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
