Key Responsibilities:
 Provide overall leadership and management of the facility.
 Develop and implement wellness programs to promote healthy living.
 Conduct health assessments and create individualized service plans.
 Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
 Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
 Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical (LPN) license.
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or senior living
environment preferred.
 Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
