Construction Office Assistant

Kole Design/Build is a leading design/general contracting co. that specializes in basements, buildouts, media rooms and home theaters. Our team of experienced staff is passionate about unique design and project management.

Position Overview:

The Construction Office Assistant will be responsible for purchasing the materials from our vendors; typing and processing proposals and change orders; scheduling trades; and typing documents for the owner.

Responsibilities:
- greet guests that walk into our design center
- tour guests in our showroom
- answer phones and route calls
- perform receptionist duties (includes scanning documents into computer system, typing client selections and lighting schedules into Excel)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
