Emmi’s restaurant in Sierra Madre is seeking a FOH supervisor. This is a full time, tipped position.

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise the FOH team
-Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean restaurant
-Train new staff when needed
-Cash handling, inventory
-Organization of stored inventory-In-depth menu knowledge-Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, hygiene, and food handling.
Candidates will possess the following qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
-Flexibility to work early morning, evening, weekends, and holidays as needed.
-Food handler certification/Alcohol server certification
