Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is looking for an organized and driven individual who is able to take ownership and prioritize tasks in order to ensure accuracy and efficiency within the shipping and receiving areas of the Manufacturing Department. This is a first-shift position with flexible scheduling, paid training, and good benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

This position has the responsibility of ensuring that shipments and receipts are transacted accurately and timely. Primary functions are:

• Verifying contents, properly labels and records incoming materials and products.
• Receiving, tracking, and shipping external property and equipment.
• Preparing materials and products for inspection, stocking or shipping.
• Verifying contents, packages and records outgoing materials and products.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school (or valid General Educational Development certificate).
• Computer proficiency and a high level of organization with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Ability to regularly lift 35 pounds.
• Ability to work onsite from our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI.

Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and/or enterprise resource planning systems is a plus.
