Maintenance Person
Overview
1st Inn is currently hiring for a Maintenance and Grounds Keeping. Person to help manage the general maintenance and curb appeal.
What you will do:
- lawn care and maintain parking lots
- Remove trash from motel buildings. Maintain motel by making repairs, cleaning up after yourself, and making improvements. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all safety regulations are met and enforced in apartment communities.
What we look for in you:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in property maintenance or customer service for a hotel or apartment property.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English. Bilingual (Spanish English) preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time, walk longer than 8 hours, climb ladders, work on rooftops, and be able to move quickly on a regular basis. Douglas, WY ladders/escalators are not a problem.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
