Employment Labor Law Attorney - Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Labor Law Partner to join our prestigious law firm in Long Beach California. As an Employment Labor Law Partner, you will play a key role in leading our legal team, managing client relationships, and overseeing complex legal matters.

The Ideal Employment Labor Law Partner will have 10 or more years of employment law experience including advice and counsel, single party employment law cases, PAGA, and class action experience. Small book of business of $200,000 annually preferred.

Duties:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients
- Manage and supervise a team of attorneys and legal staff
- Lead negotiations, settlements, and trials
- Draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Develop and implement legal strategies for clients
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Oversee the firm's operations and ensure compliance with legal standards

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California state bar association
- Proven experience as a successful attorney with expertise in various areas Employment Labor law
- Strong proficiency in legal drafting, research, writing, negotiation, and litigation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior attorneys
- Business development acumen and ability to attract new clients
