We are a well-established and extremely busy law firm located in downtown Manhattan, seeking a full-time Call Center Sales Representative.

What You'll Do:

We’re searching for the ideal candidate who will:

  • Have heavy call volume experience and customer interaction.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to sell services.
  • Generate new business through social media outreach and audience engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients acquired through social media efforts from first social media engagement to first consultation.
  • Manage online discussions by listening and responding to users (where appropriate) in a timely and authentic manner.

The ideal candidate will need to have:

  • Strong sales experience with a proven track record
  • Selling skills - a proven ability to increase client base.
  • Client focus - passionate about ensuring prospective clients are happy.
  • Quantity & quality of work - ability to manage a high volume of social media engagement and customer outreach daily.
  • Planning skills - proven success in effectively setting priorities, establishing timelines and meeting deadlines.
  • Computer skills - Salesforce, MS Office products and a proven ability to learn new technologies.

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-4 years of proven Sales and Call Center Service is mandatory.
  • Proficient in data reporting and Microsoft Office products
  • Extremely strong language skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time On-site
