Roburritos is Hiring a Burrito Apprentice Near Dallastown, PA

Job Purpose:
To Assist customers in ordering and assist in filling those orders in a correct and timely manner. Help prepare food by doing the routine and day to day tasks that are necessary to produce our quality products.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Responsible for producing burritos, burrito related products and a customer service experience that are up to our high quality standards.
Preps and executes all menu items.
Aware of Roburritos ticket time standards.
Assists managers to maintain proper food par levels.
Practice mise en place to ensure proper setup and preparation in the kitchen.
Follows all opening, and closing procedures as directed by checklists and direction of the manager.
Correctly operate the P.O.S. system to accurately ring in customer orders.
Assist with general upkeep and cleanliness of the store and premises.

Qualifications:

Ability to operate P.O.S register system.
Ability to understand basic email programs.
Ability to read & write simple instructions and correspondence.
Ability to exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude and provide exceptional customer service and take an enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
Ability to adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency.
Ability to demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu.
Ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the restaurant.
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb and/or balance; regularly lift and / or move up to 50 pounds; talk and hear.
