**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team at a private school. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education, curriculum development, and a passion for fostering a nurturing learning environment for young children.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans utilizing play-based learning

- Provide a safe and supportive environment for preschool-aged children

- Conduct assessments to monitor students' progress and development

- Collaborate with parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met

- Incorporate early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs

- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive activities

- Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning

**Experience:**

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

- Previous experience working in a preschool setting

- Familiarity with childcare regulations and child welfare standards

- Knowledge of curriculum development and age-appropriate teaching methods

- Strong understanding of math concepts for young learners

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with play-based learning

- Passion for working with preschool-aged children

- Ability to create a stimulating learning environment
