Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and ensuring smooth payroll operations? Are you committed to following up and servicing onboarding employees? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Client Relationship Manager specializing in payroll, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with our clients and employees, understanding their payroll needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and employees regarding all payroll-related inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their unique business requirements and payroll needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including payroll processing, HR, and finance to ensure accurate and on-time payroll delivery.
Gather and communicate client feedback and suggestions to the internal teams to enhance our services and offerings.
Monitor payroll processes to identify and resolve any issues, discrepancies, or errors promptly.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to payroll and client relationship management.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review service performance, address concerns, and provide updates.
Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, key performance indicators, and overall account health.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in payroll processing, client relationship management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of payroll regulations, compliance, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues.
Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite. Jira Service, Work, and Confluence are a plus!
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and work effectively under pressure.

The position is posted for 20-25 dollars an hour for the right candidate. 

The position is a contractor position and will be paid via Upwork with applicable fees taken out.
