Role Description

Hogan Hospitality Group is seeking an Director of Sales for our property located in Ontario, CA. This is a full-time on-site role with responsibility for driving sales and revenue growth through direct sales efforts, supporting and supervising sales team members, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to improve overall sales performance. Key tasks include developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing the sales team's performance and quota goals, and preparing reports on sales performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in hospitality sales or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and experience using, managing, and interpreting sales analytics and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team, with exceptional project and time management skills
  • Strong customer service skills, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM software, and an expertise in the hotel industry preferred
  • Adept at cross-functional collaboration and team building
  • Marriott experience is a must
