Job Title: Estimator

Scope of Work:

The Estimator is responsible for developing cost estimates on routine small projects under direct supervision of the Preconstruction Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Set up bids within Accubid and Livecount
• Reviews construction documents (drawings, specifications) and understands scope of work to bid.
• Executes take-offs/counts of construction documents on Livecount.
• Obtains pricing/quotes for materials.
• Obtains bids from subcontractors.
• Coordinates with Preconstruction team and Project Managers during handoff phase of project.
• Develops and maintains resource information on products, vendors, subcontractors, government requirements, etc.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Participates in contract review and negotiations.
• Attends all preconstruction meetings as required.

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of electrical (commercial & industrial) field experience
• 3 to 5 years of electrical estimating experience

Pay:

• Starting at $60,000.00 annual
