Electrical construction related business, looking for a reliable and caring office assistant with strong customer service skills to be part of our team.
The successful applicant will be result oriented, positive and friendly. He/she will need to work together with the Project Managers to fulfill and permit requests.
The primary focus will be doing the day-to-day administrative aspects of running the business which includes:
* Filling and submitting permits.
* Knowledge of the Permitting Process.
* Track receipts so A/R can invoice one the permit is issued
* Request information that is needed by the office
* Request and track inspections
* File NTO's & NOC's
* Collect NOC's
* Request Certificates of Insurance
* Renew/track licensing business tax receipts
* Weekly meeting minutes
* Mark/label all incoming delivery packages
* Prepare/ship all outgoing packages (UPS/Fedex)
* Print/Scan all CAD drawings
* Open/distribute mail
* Run daily errands for the office
* Answering calls, with excellent customer service.
* Strong Computer skills.
* Must be able to multi-task and work in a high-volume atmosphere and assist the administrator.
* Bi-Lingual a plus (English & Spanish)
