Job Summary As a Lead Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, maintaining profitability, and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction through efficient management of project-related activities and resources. Job Responsibilities Project Delivery Excellence: Lead the timely delivery of services, upgrades, and new-built projects, ensuring adherence to predefined scope, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Scope Definition and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. Robust Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans to effectively track progress, anticipate potential challenges, and facilitate proactive decision-making. Change Management: Employ appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, while mitigating associated risks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 9 years of relevant experience) Minimum of 5 years of experience in projects, services, or related production experience. Proven track record of managing teams to deliver project objectives. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite. Desired Characteristics Engineering degree preferred, or commensurate working and professional experience Track record of identifying, developing and executing business critical initiatives and strategies Possesses strong passion for ensuring voice of customer is included in solutions.
