We are currently seeking full-time, ambitious, and experienced Sales Agents to join our growing team in Scottsdale! If you are an agent who has some experience but wants to take your career to the next level, then this is for you!

We aren’t like most teams who just provide you with cold leads (that no one else wanted) that never convert!

Instead, rely on our 15 years of sales and marketing experience to build your business through one-on-one coaching to generate leads to build your business!

We only bring on agents who are selling real estate full-time and want to sell real estate as their career. If this is you and you thrive in a high-energy environment, then we want to hear from you!

Compensation is commission only.

Key Attributes/Skills:

  • Polished with a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent writing skills, speaking skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Concierge level of customer service, going above and beyond without even thinking about it
  • Solutions-oriented, calm under pressure
  • Good sense of humor, positive outlook, high-energy personality
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Arizona real estate transactional paperwork, procedures, and practices
  • Enthusiastic and self-starting/managing approach
  • Works with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to focus on a task, meet deadlines, and be able to handle last-minute tasks
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit team where their activities directly affect the bottom line
  • Previous real estate industry experience
  • Experience with ARMLS, Transaction Desk, Dropbox, Microsoft Office
Compensation:

$100,000

Responsibilities:
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Tech savvy
