Responsibilities:

• Learn CRM and AS400 system
• Gain knowledge of company service offerings
• Assist current employees on using network to find new customers and establish relationships
• Make/Receive calls to prospective clients
• Learn how to analyze market and territory to determine value of prospective accounts 
• Assist with building and tracking customer loads
• Learn the best practice for customer dialogue and negotiation
• Assist with resolving customer challenges 
• Collaborate with team on yearly forecasting efforts

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Business, Sales, or related degree program
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in the transportation and logistics industry.
