Our Private General Practice is looking for an enthusiastic and competent EDDA/dental assistant who will make our office more efficient and pleasant for patients.
The ideal candidate should be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and also be able to communicate with other team members well.
Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients with a warm smile
• Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
• 2 years experience (EDDA or Certified a plus)
• Excellent knowledge in 4 handed dentistry
• Proficiency with temporary crowns, rubber dams, impressions, dentures
• Implant experience is a plus
• CPR certified
• Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Undertake lab tasks as instructed
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures

• Well-organized and reliable
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) preferred, but NOT required
• Open Dental software preferred, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
