FUNCTION
The Senior Analysis Engineer is responsible for various engineering assignments related to seat suspension systems from basic conception through production implementation. Included is static and dynamic analysis of seat and suspension structures as well as virtual ride performance simulation of ride control systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Utilize analysis and simulation software to allow for virtual testing of new and existing products and components.
Studies and recommends techniques to improve existing products.
Maintain contact with vendors and customers to discuss product issues.
Evaluates new product design and development.
Trains and develops department personnel on project procedures.
Keeps abreast of new developments, materials or processes through trade publications and trade shows.
Test and inspects sample product prior to shipment to customers.
Performs engineering functions and analysis on project procedures and production.
Coordinates workload with engineering personnel.
Orders samples and product materials.
Retains and maintains adequate project files and reports.
Complete project reports as required.
Manage suspension development and implementation of goals and plans of action consistent with company objectives.
