Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to assist to lead our nursing team. The ideal candidate will support our Director of Nursing with all nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations.

Duties:
-Assist to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Assist with coordinating with healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Assist with monitoring patient health records and ensure accurate documentation
- Assist with implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in acute care settings
- Previous experience in home health, assisted living, or nursing home environments
- Works well in a team setting and must be reliable

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and electronic medical records
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in healthcare settings

Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
