JOB DESCRIPTION

Okmetic, a leading Silicon wafer manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and accomplished technical sales professional to join our North America team. At Okmetic, we focus on our customers, and we partner with some of the leading semiconductor and MEMS companies by supplying high-quality Silicon wafer platforms.

The successful candidate will be a great negotiator, self-motivated, adaptive, proven technology sales winner, who gets results, builds long-lasting relationships, and excels in dynamic situations.

The position is a remote work from home and can be held from anywhere in the United States.

PROFILE OF THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

  • Experienced sales professional in frontend materials for semiconductors and MEMS manufacturing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to identify and understand customer technical and business needs.
  • Proven record of successfully closing contracts, agreement and growing the revenue.
  • Exceptional in building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Able to practice considerable judgment, tact, discretion in a multi-cultural working environment.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
  • Willing to share skills and knowledge and effectively give and receive feedback.
  • Continuous learning and applying newly gained knowledge and skill on the job.
  • Team player with positive attitude.
  • Excellent business acumen.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Includes the following but not limited to:

  • Manage sales activities including revenue growth, market share increase, and positioning Okmetic as a strategic Silicon wafers supplier.
  • Identify new opportunities and close contracts.
  • Work closely with the Okmetic NA and Global cross-functional teams to execute Sales Strategies.
  • Manage communication and actions between the customers, agents, and the Okmetic Group companies.
  • Understand customers’ requirements and pain points and align Okmetic Silicon wafer platforms to fulfil customer needs.
  • Identify and build relationships with all levels and departments of customer’s organization, including high-level management and decision makers.
  • Provide value added benefit to customers and engage in new opportunities.
  • Use CRM tools to document account activities, actions, and path to grow the assigned accounts.
  • Update forecast, generate quotations, follow up on orders and deliveries to customers.
  • Develop deep understanding of Okmetic Si wafer technical capability, business practices and culture.
  • Required to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in engineering, material science, chemistry, business, marketing or economics from a four-year college or university.
  • 5 years of work experience related to semiconductor or MEMS technical sales, marketing, or account management. Experience in semiconductors and MEMS fabrication or R&D is beneficial.
  • Excellent communications and presentations skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software; Excel, Word, Power Point; CRM-Salesforce, M-files and SAP.
  • Able to legally work in the United States.
