San-Co Concrete is Hiring an Estimator Near Phoenix, AZ

**Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, project management, and contract negotiation. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering accurate estimates, we want to hear from you.

**Duties:**

- Prepare cost estimates for construction projects

- Utilize HeavyBid software to create detailed project bids

- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place

- Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate pricing strategies

- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing

- Utilize Planswift and Conctractor Foreman software for plan review and takeoffs

- Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed

- Assist in the build-out of project schedules

**Requirements:**

- Experience in concrete and asphalt projects

- Experience in all residential, commercial and industrial

- Proven experience in construction estimating

- Proficiency in HeavyBid software is preferred

- Strong project management skills

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

- Knowledge of cost control techniques in construction projects

- Experience and working with municipality is a big plus

- Bilingual big plus
