Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility, providing a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff. Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction

- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment

- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and effectively

- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address any repairs or maintenance issues

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management

Experience:

- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
