Duties:- Oversee and manage a portfolio of properties within a specific region- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies- Handle all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met- Coordinate and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers- Monitor and analyze property performance, including occupancy rates, rental income, and expenses- Prepare and present reports on property performance to senior management- Provide guidance and support to property managers and staff in the region- Collaborate with legal teams on any necessary legal administrative tasksSkills:- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail- Excellent knowledge of property management principles and practices- Ability to effectively negotiate contracts and agreements- Proficient in property maintenance procedures and best practices- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills- Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program is a plus- Proven sales skills to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy ratesNote: This job description is a general outline of duties performed by individuals assigned to this position.
