Company Description

PBS Direct is a supplier of metal roofing, trusses and building materials we specialize in nationwide delivery of pole building kits and metal materials. We are searching for an experienced inside sales representative to join our growing team!

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at PBS DIRECT located in Camden Wyoming, DE. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus
