As a Director, Compensation, you will contribute to the design and execution of the company’s compensation program. The incumbent will work as part of the compensation team to implement programs, complete projects, and advise operations leaders on pay strategy.
Responsibilities:
·Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation strategy and administration for the organization
·Provide direct support to hospital, division, and support center stakeholders
·Conduct compensation analysis including market pricing, job leveling, gap analysis, financial estimates, incentive calculations, scorecards, and exception reporting
·Participate in the design and implementation of compensation structures, premium pay policies, and assessments
·Educate and partner with human resources colleagues (business partners, talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, HRIS) on compensation programs
·Prepare and present relevant information to hospital, division, and support center leaders
·Contribute to the annual compensation planning process
·Manage survey library and submission materials
Education : Bachelor's degree. Master's preferred.
Experience:
·7 years rewards experience
·2 years of hospital/healthcare experience preferred
