About the role
This role is an exciting role to lead our rapidly expanding AMER Operational team of 8 employees. The role will report directly to our Managing Director in AMER and will have fully responsibility for delivering through our brilliant AMER team.
The role is responsible through delivering through the team for reviewing our clients accounts to ensure we are creating a brilliant client experience which leads to brilliant client performance and retention.

The Application Process
The application process consists of an initial 30 minute telephone interview where we can get to know each other better and we’ll ask you to complete one of our personality profiling tools to find out more about your work preferences. If successful you’ll be given a role specific presentation to prepare for your second interview and asked more competency based questions relating to the role.
