Join IRD as a Service Technician to help us provide outstanding customer service and technical solutions in a team environment. Under the direction of the Field Service Manager, the Service Technician is responsible for installing and repairing Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) for various clients throughout the US. Rotating shifts, extensive travel and overtime hours are required. This position will be based in the state of Illinois. Key responsibilities include:
