The Education Specialist will assist the division's funded programs with data management and report generating to ensure program standards are met.Duties:Provide medical case management to include intake assessments, service plan development/updates, concrete supportive services and referrals to people living with HIV and those at risk.Provide risk assessment/reduction services, crisis intervention and HIV counselingAssist with PrEP outreach, education, referrals, linkage to care and medical adherence.Assist with quality improvement activities including data management and generating reports to evaluate program progress and quality goals.Other duties as assigned by division administrator as appropriate to rank and departmental mission.Special Notes:The Research Foundation of SUNY is a private educational corporation.
