Position: Customer Satisfaction Representative
Location: David Stanley Mitsubishi Dealership
Job Description:
The Customer Satisfaction Representative at David Stanley Mitsubishi is responsible for ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience when purchasing a vehicle or receiving service at our dealership. This individual will be the primary point of contact for customers and will work to address any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listen to customer inquiries and concerns, and provide accurate and timely information.
- Assist customers with their vehicle purchases, including arranging test drives, explaining features and options, and coordinating financing if necessary.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a quick and effective manner, escalating to management as needed.
- Follow up with customers after their purchase or service appointment to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus.
