FOH Supervisor

We are looking for a Front of House Supervisor to help with the front of house staff and daily operations. We provide paid training, a flexible schedule, and a positive work environment! Responsibilities:

• Set daily, weekly and monthly goals and objectives for the team
• Create staff schedules according to sales trends
• Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all security procedures
• Assists General Manager in weekly inventory counts
• Controls profit and loss by following cash handling and security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and taking appropriate actions
• Organized and supervises marketing and promotional activities for the Brand
• Interacts with guests to ensure an excellent guest experience
• Handles customer complaints
• Oversees the kitchen staff and maintains truck cleanliness
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have at 1 years supervisor experience
• Must have 3 years experience in customer service
• Must be able to obtain Texas Managers Food Handlers Certification
• Must be sales driven, energetic, and motivated to succeed
• Management experience in restaurants highly preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Able to maintain food standards and practices.
• Able to learn the menu, food safety temperatures
• Must be able to have consistency in preparation and presentation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
