Clinical Duties

  • Oversee all clinical matters across apricott’s Georgia markets
  • Provide initial onboarding and ongoing training to apricott’s growing BCBA team to maintain high quality clinical services
  • Provide clinical oversight, guidance and collaboration opportunities to a team of up to 12 BCBAs and their support staff
  • Conduct clinical assessments and direct case support including a case load of 5 clients, and initial assessments as needed
  • Provide consultation to BCBAs, RBTs and other staff as needed.
  • Utilize and analyze KPIs and clinical outcomes to maintain clinical quality and progress across clients
  • Analyze cases to determine BCBA and RBT assignments and ongoing caseload maintenance based on clinical appropriateness, location and availability
  • Work with other departments to ensure clinical staff are hired and onboarded as needed to ensure continuity of services
  • Providing mentorship and supervision to Behavior Analyst students. Assign students to other supervisors as needed.
  • Provide supervision to BCBAs within their first year of certification in addition to ongoing case collaboration and support
  • Maintain proper records of supervision and services of learners
  • Complete clinical reviews and audits that include Initial treatment plans, ongoing treatment plans, BIPs, session notes, learning trees, competency checklists, etc.
  • Develop skills across clinical staff

General Duties

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure policies, procedures and operations are streamlined and support one another.
  • Develop and maintain support plans related to job performance of clinical staff to ensure standards and expectations are met
  • Collaborate with stakeholders involved in or affected by the clinical operations of apricott (including caregivers, community contacts, referral contacts, direct reports, clinical staff, etc.)

Operational Duties

  • Monitor operational KPIs and outcomes to ensure metrics are met (including billable activities, staff utilization and other items)
  • Analyze growth plans and ensure operations are set up for clinical growth
  • Keep up to date and familiar with payor requirements for each code, daily caps on utilization, required assessments, clinical documentation requirements, timelines, etc.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
  • Valid BCBA Certification
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Valid driver’s license, car insurance and own reliable transportation for use in travel to client sites and related company business
  • 5 years of experience as a BCBA

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
