Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Embedding a thoughtful and caring approach into your day-to-day role
- Providing a sense of care and hospitality along with best-in-class clinical therapy
- Conducting initial and regular re-assessments as required
- Collaborating in developing treatment plans for our clients, their families, and their respective insurance carriers
- Collaborating on policies and procedures
- Overseeing clinical and operational functions
- Providing support and guidance to tother clinical staff
- Collaborating with organizational leadership as a senior member of the team
- Providing case supervision while RBTs are present
- Conducting regular parent training sessions
- Completing documentation, providing necessary information, supporting procurement of insurance authorizations, and ongoing claims submissions in a timely manner
- Providing communication to treatment team and clients in accordance with industry standards
- Utilizing computer access confidentially, appropriately, and while following HIPAA guidelines
- Collaborating with other service providers, parents, and internal client success partners
- Following company practices and policies for BCBAs, including participating in any required trainings
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Requirements:

- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
- Valid BCBA Certification
- If applicable, licensure to practice within the state hired
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Successful completion of a background check
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance and own reliable transportation for use in travel to client sites and related company business
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
