Weverse America Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations.
This role will directly report to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and accounts receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, and managing data from internal systems
- Assist in month-end closing and the preparation of financial statements including P&L, B/S and other documents for internal & external purposes
- Conduct internal audits to identify discrepancies and ensure financial integrity
- Participate in annual business plan process to develop the forecast for the following business cycle
- Provide accounting associated (system) training to employees
- Assist with other financial and accounting tasks as needed, such as payroll associated processing, sales reconciliation, and financial statement analysis
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate or advanced in Microsoft Excel
- SAP experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Korean preferred

The salary range stated above is determined by role, level, and location referenced in the job posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, skill sets, and organizational needs. Weverse America, Inc. expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Only in exceptional circumstances where a candidate has experience and expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position would Weverse America, Inc. consider paying a salary near the higher end of the range.
